Role:
Entry-Level Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a motivated, high-potential individual, including recent college graduates, who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow in healthcare sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with doctors' offices, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare professionals across the entire service area.
Travel frequently throughout multiple cities and neighborhoods to meet with referral sources and build strong local partnerships.
Represent Senior Care at Home professionally during these visits and ensure we are leading in community presence.
Participate in events and outreach across the region to grow our referral network.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships and also Performing assessments on potential clients.
Qualifications:
Prior sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply; we will provide full training.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across a wide service area.
Ability to work independently while being coachable and trainable.
Training:
Full training will be provided; no prior healthcare marketing experience required.
We are looking for recent graduates who want to learn, grow, and realize their potential in a professional environment.
Compensation :$35k Based pay + Commission
Income and salary will be discussed after a performance review period. After this evaluation, ownership will sit down with you to discuss long-term opportunities.
