We are actively recruiting a top-performing Physician Assistant with and Urology experience who wants more than just a job this is a career-building opportunity in a rapidly expanding interventional pain practice.

If you are confident in neuromodulation, comfortable managing complex pelvic pain and urologic conditions, and motivated by production-based earnings, this position offers exceptional upside.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a skilled, independent clinician who can contribute immediately.

Compensation Designed for High Performers

  • Strong Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 $180,000 (DOE)

What Youll Be Doing

Advanced Clinical Management

  • Evaluate and manage chronic pain and pelvic pain patients
  • Diagnose and treat overactive bladder, urinary retention, IC, and complex urologic conditions
  • Independently manage follow-ups and treatment plans
  • Medication management within evidence-based guidelines

InterStim & Neuromodulation Leadership

  • Evaluate candidates for sacral neuromodulation
  • Perform or assist with InterStim trials and permanent implants
  • Device programming and troubleshooting
  • Build and expand the neuromodulation service line

Interventional Collaboration

  • Work alongside interventional pain physicians
  • Assist in advanced procedures as needed
  • Participate in practice growth and service expansion
