A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking a Network Engineer to join its growing team.
This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on-the-job training.
| Key Responsibilities |
・Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments
・Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues
・Provide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as needed
・Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients

・Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required)
