Position Overview:

Kellam Home Services is seeking a Residential Electrician to deliver exceptional service by diagnosing, repairing, and improving electrical systems in customers' homes. This role is ideal for experienced residential electricians who want strong support, consistent work, and a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues efficiently and safely
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components
  • Ensure all work complies with Virginia and NEC electrical codes
  • Perform service, replacement, and upgrade work including panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, and safety devices
  • Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners
  • Maintain accurate documentation and job records
  • Collaborate with dispatch, management, and support teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong working knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independently
