Job description

Industrial Electrical Foreman – Lead a High-Performing Team

Are you an experienced industrial electrical leader ready to take the next step? We're looking for an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead a team of more than 20 skilled employees in the fabrication, wiring, and assembly of industrial electrical control panels and equipment.

In this role, you'll coordinate daily production, review electrical and mechanical drawings, assign work, inspect quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll work closely with plant leadership and other department supervisors while helping develop a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in industrial electrical manufacturing
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and bills of material
  • Experience with industrial control panels and UL508A wiring standards
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and leading by example
