Job description

Cummings Electrical is hiring Local Electrical Foremen. 

Ready to lead the work, not just do the work?

We’re looking for experienced Electrical Foremen who know the trade, know how to lead a crew, and take pride in getting the job done right.

Competitive Pay based on Experience and a $2,500 sign on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and direct electrical crews in the field
• Plan daily work and coordinate schedules with the Superintendent
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Perform layout and oversee installations and terminations
• Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and safety
• Mentor and develop Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians
• Coordinate materials and make sure your crew has what they need to keep moving
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs with project leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license or reciprocal license
• At least 4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience leading crews and planning field work
• Strong knowledge of layout, electrical drawings, and terminations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A safety first mindset
• Ability to pass pre employment screening requirements
