At the Foster Region of Modern Woodmen of America, we’re looking for driven individuals to join our mission of helping members in our community achieve financial security. We have current openings for entry-level applicants, as well as experienced insurance/financial services leaders to quickly move into the leadership role of, Managing Partner. Our representatives and managing partners offer personalized financial solutions, and our supportive, community first culture ensures every team member grows both professionally and personally.

The Foster Region at Modern Woodmen of America is ready to add a new Insurance Agent (future Financial Representative once licensing is achieved) to our team. We are a dedicated group of driven, ambitious professionals, eager to impact people’s lives as we rapidly expand our offices across the region.

Chad Foster - Regional Director

• Personal Background: Devoted father of two children, Casey and Collins and husband to his wife Casey; had many entrepreneurial endeavors growing up.
• Outside Interests: Enjoys smoking brisket or ribs while watching either the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers or Longhorns. Also loves spending time with the family playing golf, tennis or hanging out at the pool at the Mission Viejo Country Club. Also is active in their church that they love attending as a family.  
• Professional Journey: Began his career with MWA in 2008 after graduating from college and playing football.
• Vision at Modern Woodmen: Found a supportive home in a region that prioritizes people, offers a judgment-free environment, and empowers families to build better lives.

Bennett Sperber III - Managing Partner:

• Managing Partner with Modern Woodmen since 2016.
• Bennett worked in Construction as a Superintendent. Prior to his time at BLS Construction, Inc. he travelled around the world attempting to make a career out of professional soccer.
• Personally: Husband to his wife, Diem, and a father to his two children, Bennett Lee Sperber IV and Evangeline Anne Sperber. He enjoys watching his kids grow in their athletic journeys and while he does that, sets the example by staying fit through CrossFit, playing soccer, and the occasional golf outing.

Joshua Leung - Financial Representative:

• Been a Financial Representative with Modern Woodmen since 2018.
• Was a college student interning for another financial service firm. However, was looking at retail management or accounting as another option career wise and found Modern Woodmen.
• Personally: Really involved in his church/serving with my Bible study, but also loves playing music (guitar/drums/piano) and sports like basketball, surfing, and Spikeball. Is a big lover of trying new places to eat! 

Austin Beneteau - Financial Representative:

• Been a Financial Representative with Modern Woodmen since 2016.
• Was the general manager for a construction company located in the Coachella Valley.
• Personally: Has a wife and young boy. One of their favorite things has been going to zoos which his son enjoys. Golf has been great therapy while also being a fantastic date activity for his wife and himself.
