An Entry Level Model job involves working in the fashion, commercial, or promotional industries to represent brands, products, or artistic concepts. Beginners in modeling may participate in photoshoots, runway shows, or advertisements to gain experience and build a portfolio. No prior experience is usually required, but confidence, professionalism, and the ability to take direction are important. Entry-level models often work with agencies or freelance to secure jobs.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as an entry level model?

To thrive as an Entry Level Model, you need a professional appearance, the ability to follow direction, and basic posing or runway skills, usually without needing previous experience or formal education. Familiarity with digital portfolios and social media platforms can be helpful for showcasing your work and collaborating with agencies or photographers. Reliability, confidence, and good communication are vital soft skills that help you build strong professional relationships and represent brands effectively. These skills are essential for making a positive first impression, meeting client expectations, and developing a foundation for growth in the modeling industry.

What are common challenges faced by entry level models when starting their careers?

Entry level models often encounter challenges such as adapting to diverse photo shoot environments, handling constructive feedback, and managing a fluctuating schedule. Learning to comfortably pose in front of the camera or on the runway while following specific instructions from photographers or directors can take practice. Job description

About the job Regional CDL-A Driver-Entry level Drivers Wanted
A truck assigned to you, a route that doesn't change on you, and a check that lands the same day every week.
What You're Running

  • 100% no-touch dry van, heavy drop-and-hook mix
  • 11 Western States only, no big-city traffic to fight
  • Assigned late-model tractor, same truck every trip
  • Steady dispatch keeping wheels turning, not sitting

  • Miles: 2,000 to 2,400 weekly
  • Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a real weekend, stay out longer if you want the extra miles
  • Extra: Safety and performance bonuses on top of base
Just Getting Your CDL-A?
  • Paid training, 3 to 5 weeks with an experienced mentor riding along
  • Focus on mountain grades, real trip planning, not textbook driving
  • Move to your own solo truck once you pass evaluation
Benefits That Start Day One
  • Medical, dental, vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • PTO accruing from your first day
  • Life and AD&D insurance paid by the company
  • Bring your pet or a rider along for the trip
To Qualify
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 6 months tractor-trailer experience, or a fresh CDL-A from an accredited 120+ hour program
  • Clean driving history: 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
  • Must clear DOT physical and drug screening

Spots in the next onboarding class are limited. Apply now and hear back from our team the same business day. EOE.
