Entry-Level Grounds Person / General Labor Mining & Aggregates

We're hiring an Entry-Level Grounds Person (General Laborer) to support daily operations at an active quarry site. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable company and build a long-term career in the mining and aggregates industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with plant operations, including site cleanup and general upkeep
  • Support material handling and movement throughout the site
  • Help with loading and unloading materials and finished products
  • Monitor equipment and report any issues to maintenance or supervisors
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply no prior mining experience required
  • Previous experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environments preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to work in a loud, industrial environment
