Job description

SUMMARY 

We are looking for a Bilingual Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts for all factory hourly positions and entry level technical roles. The Associate Recruiter will touch all parts of the hiring process from requisition creation to hiring the candidate. You will be responsible for recruiting for high volume positions, provide training, guidance and support to hiring managers and human resources staff at all assigned locations. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. In this role, you'd use a strong customer orientation through interactions with candidates, vendors, and internal partners at all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or two years' experience preferred 

  • Experience in high volume, entry level recruiting preferred

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems or processes when needed

  • High attention to detail and organization skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think quickly and execute tasks with minimal direction

  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Applicant Tracking System (Oracle)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems and online platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferred 

  • Experience recruiting for entry-level, high-volume roles

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, vendors and other key stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, time management and project management skills

  • Strong sales mentality

  • Outstanding professionalism, including the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong advocate for the company - models the company culture 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and recruit on factory hourly operations roles and entry level job requisitions. Including conducting intake calls and using standards to determine which candidates are selected. You will have authority to select which candidates to screen, and after conducting phone screens selecting who will be brought onsite for interviews. (50%)

  • Create and manage external roles including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and extending offers to candidates. Follow recruiting guidelines and best practices. (15%)

  • Manage the internal job bid process including creation of requisitions, interviews and offers. (10%)

  • Facilitate onboarding tasks including but not limited to; background checks, drug screens and benefit correspondence. (10%)

  • Facilitate onsite interview events. (5%)

  • Partner with hiring teams to review feedback, candidates, and overall recruiting process and candidate funnels to ensure positions are being filled timely, deadlines are met, and strong decisions are made on candidates. (5%)

  • Owns posting processes and company pages across job boards and various external recruiting media. Use discretion on how and where to post and go to market, sourcing strategies and local grass roots campaigns. (5%)

  • Stays current on emerging trends and technologies to continually elevate our ability to build a talent advantage.

  • Prioritizes candidate experience and provides timely candidate correspondence through all stages of the hiring process, including notifications to those interviewed and not selected.

  • Effectively communicates with all stakeholders throughout the sourcing and hiring process, keeping them informed on all aspects of the hiring process.

  • Responsible for continuous process improvement and related document maintenance.
