Job Title: (OTS) Electronic Calibration Technician
Location: Rockford, IL, In-person
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $30-$35/hr

Position Overview:

Join our team as an Electrical Calibration Technician, ensuring precision in measurement instruments. This position is imbedded in our client’s location, full-time for Onsite Technical Service (OTS).


Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, torque devices, and other related.
  • Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards.
  • Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance.
  • Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience calibrating AC/DC, temperature, pressure, torque systems, etc.
  • DOD, PMEL, or Military calibration background preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
