Our outpatient office provides a state-of-the-art, newly designed environment for therapists. While this position allows for remote work, you will have access to flexible telemedicine capabilities as well as in-person appointments when preferred. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to address specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a variety of issues, including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief, conflict resolution among family members, job stress, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that include both joint and individual meetings, ensuring comprehensive care for each family member.
• Document treatment progress accurately in our practice management system, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in team meetings, providing feedback on treatment protocols, and engaging in ongoing professional development activities.

Your primary focus will be on families and individuals, including adults and children/adolescents who face varying behavioral and mental health challenges. Harbor Therapy Center emphasizes treating the whole family system, integrating therapeutic techniques to resolve conflicts, enhance communication skills, and promote emotional well-being across ages and backgrounds.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and superior patient outcomes.
