• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to accurately identify mental health issues and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic programs that reflect each client’s unique needs, goals, and treatment objectives.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various psychological techniques and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a holistic healing environment that accommodates all involved.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, adhering strictly to ethical and regulatory standards.

As an LMFT at Apollo Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of issues such as relationship challenges, communication barriers, and family dynamics. Your role will focus on empowering these clients to overcome mental health obstacles, enhancing their emotional resilience and promoting lasting change in their lives.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction and connection with clients from various backgrounds.
• A strong sense of empathy and understanding, with a nonjudgmental approach to clients' challenges and life experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to successfully balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy remotely via telehealth platforms will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks relevant to family and marriage counseling.
• A background in working with co-occurring disorders or clients with addiction issues can be a significant asset.
