• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health conditions, formulate appropriate diagnoses, and create customized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using recognized evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach as per the unique objectives of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being through timely response and care.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers—to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will directly contribute to improving clients' mental wellness and coping strategies, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. You will approach each case with cultural competency and a commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is essential.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• A minimum of two years of directly related experience in clinical settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborative teams.

• Commitment to ethical principles and professionalism in all aspects of clinical practice.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings will be highly regarded, although not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
