The Pay: Hourly + Performance

We offer a Competitive Hourly Base to give you security, plus an Uncapped Commission structure that rewards your efficiency. The faster and more accurately you turn wrenches, the more you earn.

MASTER TECHNICIANS (A-Level)

  • The Focus: Complex diagnostics, major repairs, and shop leadership.
  • Requirements: PA Inspector License (Emission & Safety), ASE Certs, and a fully stocked professional tool setup.
  • The Reward: Highest base + top-tier commission splits.

MID-LEVEL TECHNICIANS (B-Level)

  • The Focus: High-volume repair (Brakes, AC, Suspension) and diagnostics.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of experience and your own tools to handle all standard mechanical repairs.
