Job description

Compensation: Base salary is $28,800/year ($2,400/month), with average first-year total earnings of $60,000 to $80,000 in commissions and bonuses. Second-year average reaches $80,000 to $120,000. Our top producer earned $145,000 last year.

Some of our best agents came from retail, restaurants, and customer service. They were already great with people — they just hadn't found the right opportunity yet. At Lifetime Insurance Brokers, we specialize in taking sharp, coachable people and teaching them a skill that can genuinely change their financial future.

We lead with Medicare and cross-sell life insurance and ancillary products, building long-term client relationships that pay you for years to come. No insurance background required — we actually prefer to train you our way. If you're hungry, coachable, and tired of working hard for someone else's ceiling — we should talk.

We prefer candidates in the South Florida area who can train in person initially. This role starts fully remote while we finalize our Boynton Beach office, expected to open in Q1. Once open, we plan on a hybrid schedule — though for the right long-term candidate, a permanent remote arrangement is absolutely on the table. Top performers will have a real path to a sales management role as we grow.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with Medicare-eligible clients and guide them to the right coverage.
  • Learn and present Medicare, life insurance, and ancillary products with confidence.
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and long-term income.
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently to hit and exceed your goals.
  • Grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
Requirements
  • No insurance license required — we'll train you from the ground up.
  • No prior experience working for an insurance agency or as a contracted insurance agent.
  • If you hold a license but have never worked in the industry or contracted with a carrier, you're still a great fit.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or any people-facing role strongly welcomed.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive — you won't be micromanaged here.
