Medical Device Repair Technician – Entry Level


Location: Sylmar, CA 91342
Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM


Job Description

We are hiring an Entry-Level Medical Device Repair Technician to work with returned medical devices. This is a hands-on position involving basic repair, cleaning, assembly, and processing of devices.

No previous medical device experience is required – training will be provided.


What You'll Do

  • Perform basic service and repair on returned medical devices
  • Clean and decontaminate devices using alcohol wipes
  • Perform light assembly and production-line work
  • Prepare HLA and Return Kits
  • Use basic computer systems to document work
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable performing hands-on work
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, repair, or medical device experience is a plus, but not required
