Rutgers Health is Seeking an Associate Professor of Surgery – Division of Urology General Urologist
New Brunswick, New Jersey

Rutgers Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join the Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This full-time faculty position offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving academic practice while providing comprehensive urologic care, educating the next generation of physicians, and contributing to research and innovation at one of New Jersey's premier academic medical centers.

Opportunity Highlights

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care and patient outcomes
  • Passion for academic medicine, resident education, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Interest in clinical research, quality improvement, or scholarly activity is encouraged

Compensation

The anticipated salary for this position starts at $506,058 annually.

The compensation offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including education, training, experience, academic accomplishments, market benchmarks, available funding, and internal equity.
