Job Title: Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

Location: This is an ONSITE position at our Louisville facility located at 10400 Linn Station Road Suite 100

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30 pm EST

Pay: $16.00 hourly

General Summary

The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting healthcare data into the required format, ensuring accuracy and completion in the process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key outside data into the necessary operating system.

Manage, organize and properly follow up on accounts requiring clarification to ensure timely capture

Maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail

System updates performed to notate returned mail

Maintain quality and production goals set by leadership

Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times

Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program Maintain a neat and orderly workstation

Assist with other projects as assigned by leadership

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 50 wpm with at least 95% accuracy Excellent organization skills

Attention to detail

Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers

Ability to present oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all times

Reliability of task completion and follow-up

Working Conditions:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
