  • Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support assigned technical systems, with a primary focus on .NET application needs, including applications developed in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

  • Follow established standards to ensure consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide timely support to supervisors in resolving issues during crisis situations.

  • Communicate regularly and collaborate with other technology groups.

  • Support process, capability, and cost-saving improvements while managing assigned work tasks with supervisor guidance.
