Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Costing & Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordinator. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in manufacturing, engineering support, or product data management.

In this position, you will assist in creating and maintaining bills of materials (BOMs) and product configurations for both new and existing products. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure accuracy and support product changes

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new and existing products

• Update BOMs and product configurations based on engineering changes

• Support the costing process for new parts and products

• Help maintain accurate product data, including manufacturing routings

• Review and update BOMs to ensure all information is complete and accurate

• Collaborate with engineering, product development, sales, and customer service teams

• Ensure all BOM and configuration data is organized, accessible, and up to date

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering support, or data-related role.

• Exposure to Bills of Materials or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of measurements, decimals, and units of measure

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (or willingness to learn)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
