We're hiring Laminated Builders to join a hands-on production team building high-quality aerospace components! Schedule Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Some Saturdays: 5:30 AM – Noon Consistent hours Opportunity for overtime 3-day weekends most weeks What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on production role working with rubber materials in a fast-paced environment. Set up and prepare parts for lamination Weigh, measure, and cut materials Trim, grind, and buff rubber components Use grinders, knives, scissors, and hand tools daily Assemble, mold, repair, and disassemble parts Record measurements and complete production documentation (MIP) Maintain a safe and organized workspace You'll work with tools like: Buffers, trimmers, clicker machines, hand tools, electric drills, clamps, calipers, cranes, and more.

Work Environment Hot, dirty manufacturing setting Frequent use of grinders and cutting tools Prolonged standing Bending, reaching, pushing & pulling Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly (30+ lbs with assistance) If you're comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment, this could be a great fit.
