Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour + overtime opportunities
Expected Annual Compensation: $46,000-$56,000+ depending on overtime
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule

What You'll Do
As an Appliance Assembler, you'll help rebuild and restore commercial dishwashing equipment so it's ready to return to customers in top working condition. Every day is hands-on, and you'll see the impact of your work from start to finish.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Disassemble returned equipment and inspect components for reuse
  • Clean, repair, and reassemble commercial dishwashing machines
  • Test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
  • Learn to use hand tools and mechanical repair techniques
  • Occasionally assist our field team with equipment installations and service support

Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous appliance repair experience-we're looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Have a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years)
  • Enjoy working with your hands and learning mechanical skills
  • Are comfortable using or willing to learn basic hand tools
  • Like solving problems and figuring out how things work
  • Are dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are open to participating in an occasional on-call rotation
