We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Entry-Level Express Technician at Pilson's Auto Group. This position is ideal for someone
looking to start their career in automotive service and gain hands-on experience in a dealership
environment.
As an Express Technician, you will play a key role in performing routine vehicle
maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Up your game! Pilson will assist in paying for your automotive technician education and training
programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately.
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire condition.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Replace filters, belts, and other minor vehicle components.
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle servicing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
  • Complete service and repair paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly position paying $15.00-$20.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on several factors, which can include the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic area.
