Job Title: Entry Level Production Assembler

Job Description

The Production Assembler performs semi-repetitive assembly and adjustment work in a manufacturing environment, using a variety of hand and simple power tools. This role follows established procedures and work instructions to build, inspect, and package products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices according to work instructions and blueprints.
  • Perform semi-repetitive assembly and adjustment tasks using relatively simple and consistent techniques.
  • Read and interpret manuals, procedure manuals, assembly materials, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assigned work accurately.
  • Use basic mechanical skills to fit, fasten, and secure parts and subassemblies.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Package finished products according to specified requirements to prepare them for shipment or further processing.
  • Operate within a manufacturing environment, following all safety guidelines and using tools and equipment correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production and safe operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve basic assembly or quality issues.

Essential Skills
