Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level

Join our team! We are looking for dependable and motiovated individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career in manufacturing. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Stand for extended periods on concrete floors
  • Perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and stooping
  • Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment

Pay
