In this role you will be working individually or as a small team, performing repetitive motions and lifting to load parts onto a paint line, powder coating, and touch up paint to various parts. This waterworks company has been in business for over 50 years. They manufacture and distribute a wide range of pipe products for the waterworks and wastewater industries - all made here in the US. The work you do will have an impact on getting water to communities across the country!

Coating Technician Job Duties:
  • Perform production spray or dip operations involving liquid or powder
  • Follow work instructions and drawings
  • Repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Loading and unloading carts, parts, and materials
  • Maintain an on-time production schedule and make adjustments when necessary
 
You may successful in this role if you have at least 6 months in a physically demanding environment, a high attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow!
 
Schedule: 
  • Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-1:00am
Pay: $20.25 - $23.89 per hour
  • $1.00 pay differential for swing shift
 
Coating Technician Job Requirements:
 
  • 6+ months of experience working in either the manufacturing, production, or warehouse fields
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Experience using hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
  • Ability to be on your feet for 10 hours per day
