Responsibilities
  • Master the company’s sales process through direct mentorship and shadowing experienced sales representatives.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in guests and internet leads, using a relationship-first approach to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Learn the features and specifications of new and pre-owned RV inventory to confidently conduct customer demonstrations and walkthroughs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads and past clients via phone, email, and social media to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure smooth transactions from initial contact to final delivery.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and competitive personality with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using social media, email, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mandatory Saturdays (dealership is closed on Sundays).

Compensation
