TEMPORARY – EXPERIENCED MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANImmediate Need | Must Be Ready to Hit the Ground Running

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a TEMPORARY, LIMITED-TERM ASSIGNMENT.

This is not an entry-level or training position. We need someone with solid industrial maintenance experience who can step into a manufacturing environment and begin contributing from Day 1.

The right candidate understands that this is a temporary assignment with a limited duration and is comfortable jumping in, troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, and keeping production equipment running with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs.

  • Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical blueprints and schematics.

  • Assist with installation, construction, and modification of equipment and plant structures as needed.

  • Operate standard tool room equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.

  • Identify manufacturing conditions or processes contributing to excessive equipment wear or damage.

  • Maintain appropriate inventory of replacement parts, hardware, and maintenance supplies.

  • Maintain accurate repair records, including the cause of breakdown, repairs performed, parts used, and repair time.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance and repair areas.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO
  • Has hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.

  • Can troubleshoot and repair equipment without extensive training.

  • Has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Can read mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.

  • Is comfortable working with precision machine shop and repair equipment.

  • Can work independently, prioritize repairs, and respond quickly to production needs.

  • Understands this is a temporary assignment and not a permanent position.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience.

  • Experience reading mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.

  • Skilled in the operation of precision machine shop tools and repair equipment.

  • Must provide a reasonably complete personal set of tools needed for normal daily maintenance work.

  • Specialized tools required for specific equipment repairs will be provided by the company.
