NOW HIRING: Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic – Grand Prairie, TX (75050)


Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is currently seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic for a well-established manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie, TX (75050). This is a great opportunity for someone with basic mechanical or maintenance experience who is looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.


Shift, Schedule & Pay
  • Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday- Thursday
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hr, based on experience
Position Responsibilities
The Maintenance Mechanic will assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment while learning advanced maintenance skills. Duties may include:
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance
  • Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Assist with equipment diagnostics, testing, and repairs
  • Assist with electrical maintenance, including 3-phase / 480V systems
  • Identify worn, damaged, or faulty parts and assist with replacements
  • Use basic hand and power tools safely
  • Assist experienced maintenance technicians with repairs and installations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
