Join our dynamic team as an Installer in our Prefabrication Shop and play a vital role in bringing innovative construction projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and verifying prefabricated components with precision and efficiency. Entry level candidates welcome to apply. Day in the Life 
 
  • Fabricate metal structures by cutting, bending, assembling, and welding components according to project requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication processes.
  • Operate various power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape sheet metal and ductwork components.
  • Conduct rigging and pipe threading tasks for assembly or installation purposes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices, mechanical handling, and use of power tools.
Minimum Qualifications 
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Trade school diploma/certification preferred
  • Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
