What you will do:

What we are looking for:

  • An entry-level professional or someone with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical maintenance, or advanced machine operation.
  • Solid basic mechanical aptitude, including comfort utilizing manual hand tools and a fundamental understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Fundamental electrical awareness, such as the ability to identify sensors, wiring routes, and low-voltage components (no live electrical work required).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot early signs of machine wear, fluid leaks, or equipment misalignment before failures occur.
  • A dependable individual committed to an 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, with the flexibility to handle mandatory overtime or on-call needs as production demands.
  • Technical school certificate or active coursework in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or automation is a major plus, but not required.
