Position Summary

L’Atelier Paris is seeking an experiencedCNC Press Brake Operatorto join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce precision stainless steel components used in our luxury cooking ranges, ventilation systems, and custom kitchens.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, understands precision fabrication, and has extensive experience withDALEM CNC software, CNC programming, blueprint interpretation, tooling selection, and precision forming of stainless steel components.

This isnotan entry-level position. We are looking for an individual capable of independently programming, troubleshooting, and producing first-piece quality without supervision.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Program CNC press brakes usingDALEM software.
  • Create, modify, and optimize bending programs.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication prints, CAD drawings, and work orders.
  • Determine proper bend sequence to minimize distortion and maximize efficiency.
  • Select appropriate punches, dies, tooling, and machine parameters.
  • Set up machines for first article production.
  • Produce parts within specified tolerances.
  • Verify bend angles, dimensions, and finished part accuracy.
  • Make program adjustments to compensate for material variation or spring-back.
  • Operate CNC press brake safely and efficiently.
  • Perform first-piece inspection before production.
  • Monitor production quality throughout manufacturing.
  • Maintain production documentation.
