Job Duties
  • Core Cleaning & Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain public areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and outdoor entry areas.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors; vacuum carpets and upholstery.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
  • Maintain back-of-house areas such as storage rooms, laundry spaces, and service corridors.
  • Guest Support & Service
  • Deliver guest-requested items such as cribs, rollaways, extra pillows, and towels.
  • Provide friendly, guest-focused service and respond promptly to requests.
  • Assist with room attendant tasks during high-volume periods (e.g., stripping beds, moving furniture).
  • Linen & Supply Logistics
  • Transport clean linen from laundry to floor closets; collect soiled linen and deliver to laundry.
  • Restock room attendant carts with towels, linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain par levels in floor pantries and storage areas.
  • Safety & Security
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Follow all hotel cleaning SOPs and safety protocols (OSHA standards may apply).
  • Ensure hallways remain clear of trash, linens, and obstacles.

This position may include additional responsibilities as assigned and is not limited to the duties outlined above.


This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
