LOOKING ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE OPERATORS FOR A STATE OF THE ART MANUFACTURING FACILTIY

PAY: $19 - $23 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced machine operator who is skilled in operating, setting up, and performing maintenance on high precision production equipment in a metal stamping and forming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce parts to customer specifications.
  • Understand piece part drawings.
  • Operate and tend to machine while running.
  • Ensure pieces are coming out to specification.
  • Measure parts using the proper inspection equipment and inspect raw materials.
  • Enter data and fill out inspection sheets.
  • Make adjustments to tooling to keep parts in specification.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and palletizing of parts.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Good record keeping skills.
  • Ability to measure parts accurately using toolmaker microscopes, comparators, etc.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Good communication skills and attention to details.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience in production manufacturing and machine operation.l
