Job Summary The Mach ine Operator is responsible for operating packaging and production equipment in a manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. This role requires monitoring equipment performance, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining compliance with company safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work flexible rotating shifts in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Production Ope rate packaging and production equipment in accordance with established procedures. Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient and safe operations. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment and production issues to minimize downtime. Ensure the safe and smooth operation of personnel, equipment, and products. Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the production process . Quality Control Perform routine quality inspections of products and packaging. Identify and report product defects, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations. Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company specifications. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, or hazards to management. Participate in safety programs and initiatives Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Maintain compliance with attendance, workplace conduct, and operational standards. Shift & Schedule Requirements Work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
