Location: Voorhees Township, NJ, 08043
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $28 - $33 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)  
Shifts Available: 
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
    • Assist with patient assessments, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
    • Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being.
    • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
    • Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
    • Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
      • CPR/BLS certification (required).
      • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
      • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
