Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and work closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Documenting patient information accurately in EMR and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN or RN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members
