    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients, support daily medical operations, and ensure the highest quality of care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and medication administration.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
    • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
