Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker with a Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain low-pressure boilers in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.

  • Conduct routine inspections of boilers, pumps, HVAC systems, and other equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacements.

  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external vendors for more complex issues.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate water levels, fuel supply, and pressure in boilers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance tasks, and repairs performed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist with general custodial and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.
  • Solid understanding of low-pressure boiler operation and maintenance procedures.
