Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES) offers forward-thinking technology solutions to federal agencies and the DoD. Formed in 2016 to serve federal customers CONUS, CITES has grown quickly into a best practices leader for the modern federal enterprise. 

The Logistics Technician provides AGC GISO with IT operational logistics support. This support includes obtaining and following operational guidance from the COR and/or Operations Officer as related to inventorying, moving, tracking, and disposing of excessed equipment and supplies.


Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Operations Analyst and Service Desk in creating and updating inventory documents for hardware, software, and consumables within multiple facilities, and support the GISO Hand Receipt process to ensure 100% property accountability.
  • Provide support, including packing, unpacking, assembling, setting up, moving, labeling, inventorying, and creating/updating property transfer documentation for AGC GISO IT equipment.
  • Support the GISO Hand Receipt Holder by ensuring that all property transfers are documented and approved by the COR and/or Operations Officer.
  • Work with other contractors’ functional staff to maintain and update documentation for the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Tenant Security Plans (TSP), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) Approval to Connect (ATC) inventory lists, utilizing a combination of physical inventory and an automated asset management system to generate reports and assist in the maintenance of configuration control documentation (e.g., floor plans, patch panels, rack elevation diagrams, physical and logical network connectivity, et al) in Server Rooms.
  • Provide input to status reports, metrics, programmatic data calls, and other deliverables as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

    • AA or 2-year Tech School preferred
  • 5+ years of logistics support or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening
