The Role in Brief:

Coordinator

As a Coordinator, you serve as both a critical administrative partner and a project manager for one of EAB's business divisions, supporting both executive leaders and cross-functional teams. You ensure processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and operational systems stay up to date by being proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.

As integral team members, Coordinators gain experience in communications, project coordination, strategy execution, and operational management at EAB. Coordinators serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact for leadership, partners, and internal stakeholders.

The current opportunity is to support the commercial leadership team. The position is based in Washington, D.C.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate complex scheduling and calendars for multiple executives
  • Act as internal and external liaison for partner engagement and internal team communications
  • Provide project management support for key internal initiatives and campaigns, tracking timelines, task completion, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for team and department meetings, leadership prep sessions, in-person events, and conferences
  • Process and log 1EAB lead submissions, ensuring accurate tracking and routing for firmwide lead generation efforts
  • Support campaign coordination by building call lists, updating contact information, and tracking outreach activity
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to support data pulls, meeting prep, and operational reporting where applicable
  • Complete expense reporting, GoCard reconciliation, and related financial processes
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic record
  • Must possess at least two of the following:
    • Leadership experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience in an office setting
    • Experience using AI

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across workstreams
  • Comfort navigating new technologies, systems, and AI-based tools to support day-to-day responsibilities

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
