This entry level position is primarily responsible for making calls and answering calls to and from potential customers, determining what is required for that particular customer needs of freight.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Responsible for tracking freight shipments, data entry, basic accounting practices and problem solving for our clients.

โ€ข Check on statuses of loads regarding pickup and delivery date and time

โ€ข Contact customers for collecting on receivable

โ€ข Contacting carriers for loads

โ€ข Maintain accurate records of all customer and carrier interactions.

โ€ข Maintain the highest level of profitability, carrier satisfaction and support

โ€ข Communicate with internal sales people regarding all aspects of the supply chain process.

โ€ข Develop and maintains solid carrier relationships, work with carriers as needed to improve client service

โ€ข Answering phones daily and routing calls appropriately

โ€ข Act as a leader, providing direction and support to other employees
