Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems of important documents and records.
