What You'll Do
  • Assist dispatchers with coordinating daily freight movements.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery information.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
  • Enter load information into transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Verify shipment paperwork and transportation documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers, brokers, warehouses, and drivers.
  • Learn DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and transportation best practices.
  • Help resolve delivery issues and transportation delays.
  • Support the operations team with administrative and logistics tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing CJC Transport.
