Job description

Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Locations: Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $19-20/hour


Schedule:

1st Shift: Start times between 8:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 AM, with end times between 5:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 PM.

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM.

Employees may be required to work every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger. They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.

1-2 years of experience in call handling

Logging into accounts, escalating issues

Some financial experience is preferred
