Associate for Live Streaming and In-Store Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and fashion-forward Sales Associate to sell inventory to walk in customers as well as a virtual audience. As a live show host, you will sell on live video streams, showcase inventory, engage with viewers in real-time, and drive sales. In the store setting you will drive sales by styling customers, maintaining an organized sales floor, and processing transactions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Host Live Broadcasts: Present pre-selected inventor via high-energy throughout the stream.

  • Drive Live Auctions: Strategically pace auctions, run flash bids, and maximize sales velocity using our prepared product pipeline.

  • Engage Viewers: Build real-time rapport with the audience, answer chat questions, and continue building a rapidly growing community.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Customer Service: Building relationships with clients, promoting store and show incentives, and providing an inviting atmosphere in store and virtually. 

  • Merchandising: Restocking clothing racks, tagging items, and maintaining clean fitting rooms and a visually appealing sales floor. 

  • On-Camera and In Person Charisma: Energetic personality who can keep an audience entertained while hitting sales targets.

  • Live Auction Familiarity: Solid understanding of live auction interface and bidding mechanics.

  • Physical Strength: This position requires standing in front of camera and moving around the store for several hours

  • Full time associate position Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
