Entry-Level Recruitment Office Assistant

Location: On-Site

Job Type: Part-Time (~6 hours/day, flexible)

Compensation: $19/hour

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a dependable Entry-Level Recruitment Office Assistant to support daily administrative and recruiting operations. Great for students, recent grads, or anyone looking to gain office experience in a professional recruiting environment — Business, HR, and Computer Science majors especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

●      Respond promptly to candidate and client emails and inquiries

●      Answer and route incoming calls professionally

●      Assist scheduling interviews and updating candidate records

●      Handle general clerical duties: filing, data entry, document prep

●      Prepare recruitment and onboarding paperwork

●      Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates

●      Support the team with additional admin tasks as needed

Preferred Experience

●      Prior admin, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience

●      Familiarity with ATS, Microsoft Office, or CRM software

●      Data entry and general office procedure experience
