Job description

Entry-Level Data Center Technician

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals who are interested in starting a career in the data center and telecommunications space. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and experience working in construction or similar environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills within a growing technical field.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and route fiber optic cabling throughout the data center environment
  • Assist with assembling, stacking, and drilling server racks
  • Scan, label, and organize equipment accurately
  • Utilize computer systems to document equipment locations and part information
  • Provide general support to experienced technicians during installation projects

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance
  • Ability to safely work on ladders and elevated platforms
  • Hands-on mechanical, electrical, or construction experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
