• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide client-centered therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring measurable progress is made toward achieving their mental health objectives.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education sessions and training to stay updated with best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with low-acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment disorders. Our clients represent a diverse demographic, requiring culturally competent care that respects their unique backgrounds and life experiences. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with an established record free from disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly favorable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to streamline service delivery is an advantage.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
